摘要
煤矿井下施工探放水钻孔往往偏斜严重,不能达到设计目的。以镇城底矿8号煤工作面施工的探放水钻孔为例,借助钻孔测井分析仪实测钻孔施工参数及轨迹,总结分析施工本煤层近水平钻孔在不同因素影响下钻孔偏斜一般规律,并提出针对性预防措施。结果表明,钻孔开孔角度偏差是影响钻孔偏斜的首要环节,钻孔水平偏斜无明显规律性,但因钻孔孔径级配及钻具配置不合理,以及岩楔作用易导致钻孔右偏;受钻具重力作用,钻孔垂向偏斜基本以偏下为主,除去开孔偏差因素,垂向下偏斜率约3%。
Drilling holes for water exploration and drainage in mines are often very deviated and cannot meet the design goals. The exploration and drainage borehole construction in No. 8 coal face of Zhenchengdi Mine was taken as an example,the borehole logging analyzer was used to measure the drilling construction parameters and trajectory, and the construction and analysis of the near-horizontal borehole in this coal seam were drilled under the influence of different factors, with targeted preventive measures. The results showed that the deviation of the borehole opening angle was the primary link that affected the deflection of the borehole, without obvious regularity in the horizontal deflection of the borehole. The hole was oriented to the right;the vertical deflection of the borehole was mainly skewed under the gravity of the drilling tool, except for the deviation of the hole, the skew rate was about 3%.
