大型煤矿副立井提升系统设计问题研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过对国内大型煤矿副立井提升系统的研究,采用定性定量、对比分析的方法,提出了大型副立井提升系统选择和大型设备副立井运输方案。研究表明,副立井提升系统采用双罐笼和交通罐系统,具有运行效率高、初期投资低、建设工期短、运营管理费低等优点;大型煤矿采用立井开拓、辅助运输采用全无轨系统时,整体液压支架及大型设备在副立井的运输,存在无轨承载车辆重、重心定位困难等问题,建议优先考虑"有轨无轨相结合"的方式。 Based on the research on the auxiliary shaft hoisting system of large domestic mines, with quantitative and comparative analysis methods, the selection of large auxiliary shaft hoisting system and the large-scale equipment auxiliary shaft transportation scheme were proposed. Studies showed that the auxiliary vertical shaft hoisting system adopted double cages and a transportation tank system, which had the advantages of high operating efficiency, low initial investment, short construction period, and low operation and management costs;when large coal mines adopt vertical shaft development and auxiliary transportation adopted a full trackless system, the overall transportation of hydraulic supports and large equipment in the auxiliary shaft had problems such as the weight of the trackless vehicle and the difficulty in positioning the center of gravity. It was recommended to give priority to the "track and trackless combination" method.
