摘要
我国煤炭开采地质条件比较复杂,顶板隐患相对较高。为了保障顶板支护液压支架的可靠性,设计了一套液压支架压力监测系统,分析论述了系统的方案、功能、软硬件等。实践表明,该系统采用ARM处理器,应用无线通讯技术设计,解决了井下空间狭小,铺线不便的难题,数据传输准确,为煤矿预防井下顶板事故提供了重要的数据支撑。
The geological conditions of coal mining are relatively complicated in China, with relatively high roof hazards. In order to ensure the reliability of the roof support hydraulic support, a set of hydraulic support pressure monitoring system was designed, and the system scheme, function, software and hardware were analyzed and discussed. Practice has shown that the system adopted ARM processor and was designed with wireless communication technology to solve the problem of narrow underground space and inconvenient line laying. The data transmission was accurate, which provided important data support for mines to prevent underground roof accidents.
