摘要 煤与瓦斯突出问题严重影响着煤矿的安全生产,以上社煤矿15号煤层为工程背景,通过现场调研并结合地质条件分析了15号煤层在回采过程中瓦斯的来源,并对影响瓦斯含量及涌出量因素进行分析。对瓦斯抽放方式进行比较,最终确定对15103工作面采用钻孔预抽取本煤层瓦斯的方式,设计了相应的抽取方案。实践表明,该设计方案有效降低了工作面回采时的瓦斯浓度和煤层瓦斯压力,保证了工作面的安全回采,为采区其它工作面瓦斯抽放提供了指导意义。 The problem of coal and gas outburst seriously affected the safety of coal production, No. 15 coal seam of Shanghaishe coal mine was taken as example. Based on-site research and geological conditions, the sources of gas during the recovery process of No. 15 coal seam, and factors inducing the gas content and the amount of outflow were analyzed.Finally, the 15103 working face adopted the method of drilling and pre-drawing the gas from this seam. The corresponding extraction scheme was adopted. Practice showed that this design effectively reduced the gas concentration and coal seam gas pressure in the working face during recovery, and ensured the safety of the working face, which provided guidance for gas drainage in other working faces in the mining area.
