紫外分光光度法测定丁香油滴丸丁香酚含量的方法学研究

Determination of eugenol in clove oil dropping pills by UV

目的建立丁香油滴丸中有效成分丁香酚的紫外测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度(UV)法进行滴丸的含量测定。结果丁香酚在15.14~46.42μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9993,平均加样回收率为95.76%,RSD=1.58%。经UV法测得每粒丁香油滴丸所含丁香酚含量为40.72 mg/g,RSD=0.351%。结论利用UV法测定丁香油滴丸中丁香酚的含量,操作简单,方法可靠。

Objective To build determination methods of eugenol that is the active ingredients of clove oil dropping pills.Methods The UV method was used to determine the dropping pills of content.Results Eugenol in the range of 15.14~46.42μg/mL was linear,r=0.9993,average recovery was 95.76%,and RSD=1.58%.The content of eugenol in each clove oil dropping pill measured by UV method was 40.72 mg/g,and RSD=0.351%.Conclusion Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of clove phenol in clove oil drop pills.
