贵州省乡村经济与生态环境协调发展研究

A study on the coordinated development of rural economy and ecology in Guizhou Province

通过构建协调发展评价指标体系,运用改进的熵值法与协调发展度模型对贵州省2010—2017年乡村经济与生态环境协调水平进行测度与分析。结果表明:乡村经济与生态环境发展经历了严重失调、濒临失调、初级协调、中级协调及良好协调5个阶段,当前乡村经济综合评价值大于生态环境,生态环境发展水平较低,且上升幅度小于乡村经济。2011年以来贵州省乡村经济与生态环境协调发展处于生态环境滞后型状态。在此基础上,提出了乡村经济与生态环境协调发展优化策略。

Through the construction of coordinated development evaluation index system,the improved entropy method and coordinated development model are used to measure and analyze the coordinated development of rural economy and ecological environment in Guizhou Province from 2010 to 2017.The results show that the development of rural economy and ecological environment system has experienced five stages:serious maladjustment,on the verge of disorder,primary coordination,intermediate coordination,good coordination.The current comprehensive evaluation value of rural economic system is greater than that of ecological environment system and ecological environment.The level of development is relatively low,and the increase rate is smaller than that of the rural economy;since 2011 the coordinated development of rural economy and ecological environment in Guizhou Province has shifted to the lagging development state of the ecological environment.On this basis,the optimal countermeasures for the coordinated development of rural economy and ecological environment are put forward.
