助残文化组织服务内容及群体关系分析--以深圳和东莞为例

Analysis on the Service Content and Group Relationship of Cultural Organizations for the Disabled--Case Study of Shenzhen and Dongguan

残疾人作为人类社会的一个组成部分,拥有与其他社会成员一样的文化权利,积极健康的精神文化可以增强他们的社会参与度和工作生活能力。但当前残疾人受自身和社会环境的影响,其文化消费的弱势地位还十分明显,有很强的组织依赖性。深圳和东莞是我国经济社会最发达的地区之一,助残文化组织数量多且相对成熟,服务内容特色鲜明、类型多样。在助残文化组织的群体关系中,政府和残联是中心,各主体通过不同的互动方式形成合力,共同满足残疾人文化需求。

As a part of human society,disabled people have the same cultural rights as other members of society.A positive and healthy spiritual culture can enhance their social participation and ability to work and live.However,due to the influence of their own and social environment,the disadvantaged status of cultural consumption of the disabled is very obvious at present,and they have strong organizational dependence.Shenzhen and Dongguan are one of the most economically and socially developed regions in China.They have a large number of mature disabled cultural organizations,with distinctive features and diverse types of services.In the group relationship of cultural organizations for the disabled,the government and the Disabled Person′s Federation are the principal parts,and the other main bodies interact in different ways to form a joint force to meet the cultural needs of the disabled.
