“医教协同”背景下医学生医德培育的实现方式

The Realization Way of Medical Ethics Cultivation of Medical Students under the Background of“Medical Education Coordination”

在医教协同进一步推进医学教育改革的背景之下,医学类院校在医学生医德培育过程中存在教育体系不完善、理论与实践脱节、人文教育缺失等问题。针对这些问题,应从建立科学的医德教育体系、加强理论与实践的结合、营造良好的学习氛围以及健全考评机制等方面采取有效措施,不断加强医学生医德培养,使之成为医德高尚、医术精湛的医疗卫生人才。

Under the background of medical education reform further promoted by medical education coordination,medical colleges and universities have problems in the process of medical ethics cultivation of medical students,such as imperfect education system,disconnection between theory and practice,lack of humanistic education and so on.In order to solve these problems,effective measures should be taken from the aspects of establishing a scientific medical ethics education system,strengthening the combination of theory and practice,creating a good learning atmosphere and improving the evaluation mechanism,so as to continuously strengthen the medical ethics training of medical students and make them noble medical ethics and skilled medical personnel.
