摘要
基于流态重构理论设计细颗粒煤循环流化床锅炉,并从脱硫脱硝反应机理和锅炉结构优化入手,研究降低循环流化床锅炉原始排放浓度、提高锅炉热效率的技术。经工程应用,该细颗粒煤循环流化床锅炉热效率高、能实现超低排放,并且运行能耗低、磨损小、在流态平衡状态下零排渣。
Based on the state specification design theory to design fine coal circulating fluidized bed boiler,and from the reaction mechanism of desulfurization and denitrification and the optimization of boiler structure,the technology of reducing the original emission concentration and improving the thermal efficiency of CFB boiler was studied.Engineering application showed that the new type fine particles of coal circulating fluidized bed boiler had excellent performance:ultra-low pollutant emission,high efficiency and energy saving,security and reliable.
