摘要
采用数值模拟方法得到不同燃料量、过量空气系数等对炉膛内烟气温度和燃烧产物的组分浓度分布影响。研究结果表明:燃料量和过量空气系数是影响炉膛内温度分布的主要因素;二次风速的大小明显影响炉膛内火焰形状和最高温度点位置;氮氧化物主要来源于热力型,过量空气系数为1.10时,炉膛内氮氧化物的浓度达到最大值。
The characteristics of biodiesel combustion and NO x emission inindustrial boilers were studied by numerical simulation.The effects of different fuel quantity and excess air coefficient on the flue gas temperature and combustion products were obtained.The results showed that the fuel quantity and excess air coefficient were the main factors affecting the flue gas temperature distribution in the furnace;the secondary air speed significantly affected the position of the highest temperature point and the shape of the flame in the furnace;the NO x mainly came from the thermal type,when the excess air system number was 1.10,NO x concentration in the furnace reaches the maximum value.
