磷硅酸铝钙防锈颜料的制备及性能测定 被引量:3

摘要 用三乙醇胺处理磷酸铝钙表面,加入纳米Al2(SiO3)3、纳米CaSiO3包覆沉积,60℃下经过4 h的反应,制备了磷硅酸铝钙,并以其为防锈颜料,制备了水性醇酸树脂涂料并考察了其性能。实验结果表明,以磷硅酸铝钙为防锈颜料制备的水性醇酸树脂涂料,各项性能都符合水性醇酸树脂涂料行业标准HB/T 4847-2015。此外,磷硅酸铝钙的耐盐雾性能优于磷酸锌,和红丹接近,可作为红丹和铬酸盐等有毒防锈颜料的替代品。 The surface of calcium aluminum phosphate was treated with triethanolamine and coated with nano-Al2(SiO3)3 and nano-CaSiO3.Calcium aluminosilicate phosphate was prepared by reaction at 60℃for 4h.The waterborne alkacid resin coating was prepared applied calcium aluminosilicate phosphate as antirust pigment and its properties were investigated.The experimental results showed that the properties of waterborne alkyd resin coatings prepared with calcium aluminum silicate as antirust pigment were in accordance with the industry standard HB/T 4847-2015.In addition,the salt spray resistance of calcium aluminosilicate phosphate was better than that of zinc phosphate,which was close to that of red Dan.It could be used as a substitute for toxic antirust pigments such as red Dan and chromate.
