摘要
本文在液相条件下,以油胺和硫醇作为双配体,通过调节温度,合成出了结晶度高且分散性较好的斜方相、四方相锌掺杂的银铟硒量子点。通过调节锌前驱体的组分比例,发现其光学性能在掺杂锌后发生了连续的变化,紫外和荧光都相继蓝移。通过测定其荧光寿命,发现锌掺杂后,确实在一定程度上填补了表面缺陷。
In this paper,silver indium selenium quantum dots doped with zinc in the orthorhombic phase and tetragonal phase with high crystallinity and good dispersivity were synthesized using olamine and mercaptan as the two ligands in the liquid phase and by adjusting the temperature.By adjusting the proportion of components of zinc precursor,it was found that its optical properties changed continuously after doping zinc,and both UV and fluorescence were blued successively.By measuring its fluorescence life,it was found that doping zinc indeed filled the surface defects to a certain extent.
