烷基化废硫酸资源化利用技术的现状及研发趋势 被引量:2

摘要 本文综述了烷基化汽油硫酸法的生产工艺,以及硫酸法工艺产生的废硫酸资源化利用技术的现状。烷基化废硫酸的资源化利用技术主要有高温裂解法、除杂回收法、转化利用法等3类。高温裂解法生成的新鲜硫酸,可作为烷基化生产的催化剂循环使用,是烷基化废硫酸资源化利用的主流技术;除杂回收法中的双氧水或臭氧降解法,是较为清洁的资源化利用技术,可作为废硫酸产生量少的企业重点研发与利用的技术;转化利用法以废硫酸为原料生产氮肥等化工产品,需要建立产品的质量标准,以防止不符合行业标准的产品流入市场,造成不良的社会影响。 The sulfuric acid process of alkylated gasoline and the present situation of waste sulfuric acid resource utilization technology were summarized.There were three main types of resource utilization technology for alkylated waste sulfuric acid:high temperature cracking method,impurity removal and recovery method and conversion and utilization method.The fresh sulfuric acid generated by the pyrolysis method could be used as catalyst for alkylation,which was the main choice for the resource utilization of waste sulfuric acid;hydrogen peroxide or ozone degradation method in the impurity removal recovery method was a cleaner resource utilization technology,which could be used as a cleaner resource utilization technology,which could be used as the key research and development and utilization technology of enterprises with small amounts of waste sulfuric acid;the conversion and utilization method applied waste sulfuric acid as raw material to produce nitrogen fertilizers and other chemical products.product quality standards should be established to prevent products that do not meet industry standards from entering the market and causing adverse social impact.
