摘要
界面是影响复合材料性能的主要因素之一,界面改性技术是提高复合材料性能的重要手段之一。本文主要综述了界面改性技术对氟橡胶复合物体系在力学性能、热学性能和电学性能等方面的影响,并介绍了常见的界面处理技术、填料的选择以及材料的成型加工等技术。采用界面改性技术改性的氟橡胶复合物,具备优异的导热和导电性能,必然是未来的研究重点。
The interface was one of the main factors that affects the performance of composite materials.The interface modification technology was one of the important means to improve the performance of composite materials.This article not only reviewd the effects of interface modification technology on the mechanical properties,thermal properties and electrical properties of fluororubber composite systems but also reported common interface treatment technologies,filler selection and material molding processing technologies.The fluororubber compound modified by interfacial modification technology had excellent thermal and electrical conductivity,which was bound to be the focus of future research.
