经皮穴位电刺激在老年脑卒中后手功能障碍康复中的应用探讨

Application of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation in rehabilitation of elderly patients with post-stroke hand dysfunction

目的探讨经皮穴位电刺激应用于老年脑卒中后手功能障碍患者康复中的效果。方法选取2017年2月~2018年6月我院收治的脑卒中后手功能障碍患者68例,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各34例。给予对照组患者常规康复训练,研究组将经皮穴位电刺激与康复训练相结合进行治疗。观察并比较两组患者的自理能力及治疗前后Fugl-Meyer、MAS评分。结果两组患者治疗前Fugl-Meyer、MAS评分并未出现明显差异(P>0.05),研究组患者治疗后Fugl-Meyer评分显著高于对照组,MAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者自理能力显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将经皮穴位电刺激应用于老年脑卒中后手功能障碍患者康复中的效果更佳,使患者的自理能力、运动能力以及肌肉活性得到有效提高,值得推广及应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation on the rehabilitation of elderly patients with post-stroke hand dysfunction.Methods Sixty-eight elderly patients with post-stroke hand dysfunction admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled and randomly divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 34 patients in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training and the study group was given transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training.The self-care ability and the Fugl-Meyer and MAS scores of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results Before treatment,the Fugl-Meyer and MAS scores were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Fugl-Meyer score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the MAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the self-care ability of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation to the rehabilitation of elderly patients with post-stroke hand dysfunction has a more preferable effect and can effectively improve the self-care ability,motor ability and muscle activity of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
