浅谈护生临床带教的体会

Discussion on the experience of clinical teaching of nursing students

临床带教老师通过不断的探索,对护生从思想政治教育、安全教育、加强法律法规知识方面培训。采取一对一、因人施宜及集中授课,提高专科知识与技能的教学方式等方面对护生进行施教,从而培养了学生自学能力、观察问题的能力、解决问题的能力,带教老师及实习护生协同努力,使护生能够成功地将片段的知识融会贯通,运用到实践中。严肃认真的带教风格能够提高护生的综合素质,从而使学生学习并熟悉更多的理论知识和操作技能,提升教学的水平。

Through continuous exploration,clinical teachers teach nurses in ideological and political education,safety education,and strengthening knowledge of laws and regulations.By adopting one-to-one,the appropriate approach based on people's situation and focused teaching,and improving the teaching methods of specialized knowledge and skills,the nursing students were taught,to cultivate students'self-learning ability,observation ability,problem solving ability.The concerted efforts of teacher and internship nursing students can enable the nursing students to successfully integrate the knowledge of the fragments and apply them to practice.Serious and conscientious teaching style can improve the comprehensive quality of nursing students,so that students learn and become familiar with more theoretical knowledge and operation skills,and improve the level of teaching.
