预见性护理在院前急救急危重症患者转运中的应用分析

Application of predictive nursing in transferringemergency and critically ill patients in the pre-hospital first aid

目的分析预见性护理在院前急救急危重症患者转运中的应用效果。方法将2018年10月~2019年10月期间在入院前进行紧急抢救且需要转运的80例急危重症患者作为研究对象,按照不同的护理方法分组,其中将2018年10月~2019年4月实施常规护理的40例患者纳入对照组,另外2019年5~10月实施预见性护理的40例患者纳入观察组;比较两组家属对护理的总满意率、抢救成功率、转运意外发生率、救护车到达时间、有效抢救时间。结果观察组家属的总满意率(95.00%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.114,P<0.05);观察组的抢救成功率(90.00%)高于对照组(72.50%),转运意外发生率(7.50%)低于对照组(25.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.021、4.500,P<0.05);观察组的救护车到达时间(30.69±3.26)min、有效抢救时间(43.59±13.56)min均短于对照组的(36.89±3.44)min、(59.98±10.36)min,差异有统计学意义(t=6.541、4.802,P<0.05)。结论预见性护理在院前急救急危重症患者转运中的应用,可缩短救护车到达时间与有效抢救时间,提高抢救成功率、家属护理总满意率,并降低转运意外发生率。

Objective To analyze the application effect of predictive nursing in transferringemergency and critically ill patients in the pre-hospital first aid.Methods Eighty critically ill patients who needed emergency rescue and transfer before admission were studied from October 2018 to October 2019.They were grouped according to different nursing methods,forty patients undergoing routine nursing from October 2018 to April 2019 were included in the control group,and forty patients undergoing predictive nursing from May 2019 to October 2019 were included in the observation group.The total satisfaction rate of family members,rescue success rate,and transfer accident rate,arrival time of ambulance and effective rescue time between the two groups were compared.Results The total satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group(95.00%)was higher than 80.00%in the control group(χ2=4.114,P<0.05).The rescue success rate of the observation group(90.00%)was higher than 72.50%in the control group.The transfer accident rate(7.50%)in the observation group was lower than 25.00%in the control group(χ2=4.021,4.500,P<0.05).The ambulance arrival time of the observation group(30.69±3.26)min,the effective rescue time(43.59±10.56)min in the observation group were shorter than(36.89±3.44)min and(59.98±10.36)min in the control group(t=6.541,4.802,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing in the transfer of emergency and critically ill patients before admission can shorten the ambulance arrival time and effective rescue time,improve the rescue success rate,the nursing satisfaction rate of family member,and reduce the probability of transfer accident.
