摘要
针对140 t/h干熄焦水封槽补地表水易结垢,造成水封开裂和停产检修频次高的情况,对现有水封槽优化,效果不理想;再对补水工艺优化,引入循环水,加入缓释阻垢剂,循环使用,明显减少水封槽检修频次,降低人工清理劳动强度,提高干熄焦发电量。
Aiming at the situation that 140 t/h CDQ water seal tank is easy to foul surface water,causing water seal cracking and high frequency of maintenance,the present water seal tank is optimized and the effect is not ideal.Secondly,the process of replenishing water is optimized,circulating water is introduced,slow-release scale inhibitor is added for recycling,the frequency of water seal tank maintenance is reduced,the labor intensity of manual cleaning is reduced,and the power generation capacity of CDQ is increased.
