摘要 2型糖尿病是中老年人群中最常见的代谢性疾病之一。相关研究数据发现,约有80%以上的2型糖尿病患者并发心血管等大血管病变,特别是合并冠心病(CHD)的发生率比非糖尿病患者高2倍以上[1]。2型糖尿病能加速CHD的病程和增加其严重程度,进而导致CHD预后较差和病死率升高,对患者的生命健康造成严重威胁。所以如何提高早期2型糖尿病合并CHD的诊断和判断CHD的病变程度对患者的临床治疗至关重要。研究表明,降钙素原(PCT)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)以及血脂水平在CHD患者的血清检测中异常升高[2]。
