摘要 世界铁路进入数字化时代,中国铁路开启智能化新时期。智能牵引供电系统是智能高铁"一核三翼"中智能装备的重要组成,本文通过研究智能牵引供电系统总体架构和层级组成,阐述其主要子系统(智能牵引供电设施、智能供电调度系统、智能供电运行检修管理系统、通信网络和接口工程)的定义内涵和主要功能要求,研究智能牵引供电系统各功能具体设备层面实现,主要包括设备智能一次设备、广域测控保护系统、辅助监控系统等系统组成和功能特点,并针对智能牵引供电系统发展方向提出推动接触网及电力工程智能技术研究、加快智能设备研制、深化研究大数据分析与智能决策、建立系统完备标准体系等建议。 The world’s railways are entering the digital era and China railways are also coming into a new intelligent age. The intelligent traction power system is an important component of intelligent equipment, which is in one core and three wings of intelligent high-speed railway. On the basis of analyzing of overall structure and hierarchical division of intelligent traction power system, the paper illustrates definitions and main functional requirements of the main subsystems(intelligent traction power supply equipment, intelligent SCADA, intelligent power supply operation and repair management system, communication network and interface engineering), studies in details the realization of various functions of specific equipment layers of intelligent traction power supply system, mainly including the intelligent primary equipment, wide area control and protection system, auxiliary monitoring and control system as well as the functional characteristics, with regard to the development prospect of intelligent traction power system, proposes to promote the intelligent technology researches on OHL and electric power engineering, accelerating the development of intelligent equipment, deepening the research on big data analysis and intelligent decision-making, and establishing a complete standard system.
