摘要
电气化铁路接触网零部件中的紧固件对列车的安全运行发挥着重要作用。针对现有电气化铁路紧固件的应用现状,对紧固件的防松原理、常见防松措施以及防松性能的检测原理进行了对比分析,发现采用锥压抱紧式自锁防松螺母、弹簧垫圈+止动垫圈、尼龙嵌件锁紧螺母防松为接触网零部件中最常见的防松措施;横向振动试验是评估接触网紧固件防松性能的重要方法,接触网紧固件振动时的轴向力和摩擦力是评估紧固件防松性能的重要指标,为后续改进电气化铁路接触网零部件中紧固件的防松性能提供理论参考。
The OHL fastening parts of electrified railway play an important role for train safety operation. With regard to the current application situation of existing electrified railway fasteners, comparison and analysis are made for the principle of anti-loosening, common anti-loosening measures and anti-loosening performance;and it is found that the hold pressure cone type self-locking lock nut, spring washer + lock washer, and the nylon insert lock nut are the most common anti-loosening measures for OHL fittings. The transverse vibration test is an important method to assess the anti-loosening performance of OHL fasteners, and the axial force and friction force generated during vibration of OHL fasteners are the important parameters for assessment of anti-loosening performance of fasteners. These will provide theoretical guidance for improving the anti-loosening performance of OHL fasteners for electrified railway in the future.
