摘要 针对直流牵引供电系统直流设备框架泄漏保护存在电流元件易误动、电压元件拒动、框架绝缘性能破损不能及时发现的问题,对电流型/电压型框架保护原理、整定方式、双边联跳范围进行分析,结合国内某地铁典型电流型框架泄漏保护案例,提出了一种城市轨道交通直流设备绝缘性能在线监测系统及控制方法,可在线监测框架绝缘性能破坏点,保证框架单点接地,接地网各连接处接触良好,框架保护元件正常动作。 With regard to the problems existed in leakage protection of DC equipment frame for DC traction power supply system that the current components are liable to misoperation, failure to operation and the damaged insulation of the frame is unable to be detected, the current/voltage type frame protection principles, setting modes and bilateral inter-tripping range are analyzed;with connection to analyzing a case of leakage protection for the frames of the typical current type adopted in one subway line, a method of online monitoring and control of insulation performance of DC equipment for urban rail transit is put forward, and it is able to achieve online monitoring of break points of the frame insulation, guarantee the single earthing point of the frame, proper connection of earthing grid and normal operation of frame components.
