摘要
铁路灾害监测系统目前所使用的异物监测网片单元主要依赖人工手糊制作,存在质量稳定性差,强度低,生产效率低等问题,且不能满足在沿海地区强风环境下的使用要求。通过热固模压成型工艺代替人工手糊,极大地提高了异物侵限监测网片单元的质量稳定性及生产效率,同时通过有限元软件及拉伸实验检测新型网片单元的力学性能,结果表明完全满足强风环境下的应用需求。
At present, foreign object monitoring mesh unit adopted in railway disaster monitoring system mainly relies on artificial hand lay-up production, which has problems of poor quality stability, low strength and low production efficiency and is no longer to meet the requirements for its application in coastal areas with strong wind. The thermal solid molding process replaces the artificial hand lay-up process, and improves the quality stability and production efficiency of the foreign object monitoring mesh unit. And the mechanical properties of the new mesh unit are tested by finite element software and tensile test, and the results show that the new unit can satisfy completely the requirements for its application under environment with strong wind.
