摘要
针对安徽太平矿业公司铜金多金属矿石处理过程中金、铜回收率较低的情况,通过流程考查,查找现场生产中存在的问题,并对其磨浮工艺进行了优化。通过调整磨矿分级工艺参数及设备,更换及增设浮选机和附属设施,改变药剂作用方式等,大幅提高了浮选生产指标,降低了生产成本。优化后铜回收率由55.47%提高到63.86%,提高了8.39百分点;金回收率由59.41%提高到67.51%,提高了8.10百分点;增加经济效益498.4811万元/a,优化效果显著。
Gold and copper recovery is low in dressing process for copper-gold polymetallic ore of Auhui Taiping Mining Company.Based on the flow investigation to find the problems existing in field production,the grinding and flotation processes are optimized.By adjusting grinding classification parameters,changing and adding flotation machine and ancillary facility,and changing the agent reaction patterns,the flotation index is greatly improved and the production cost is lowered.After optimization,the copper recovery rate is increased from 55.47% to 63.86% by 8.39 percentage points;the gold recovery is increased from 59.41% to 67.51% by 8.10 percentage points;annual economic profits are increased by 4984811 yuan/a.The optimization effect is obvious.
