摘要
金泥氯浸渣还原得到的粗银粉中杂质含量高,会影响后续电解精炼获得的银粉质量。试验采用铁粉还原法回收某黄金冶炼厂金泥氯浸渣中的银,通过条件试验优化了铁粉用量、酸碱度、料液温度及液固比等参数,并进行了工业应用。结果表明:在铁粉用量100 kg/t氯浸渣,pH值为2,液固比5∶1,料液温度60℃条件下,氯浸渣银品位提高了30百分点以上,应用效果良好。
The impurity content in coarse silver powder obtained in the reduction of gold mud chloride leaching tailings and will affect the quality of silver powder obtained in the following electrowinning refining process.For the recovery of silver from the gold mud chloride leaching tailings in a gold smeltery,iron powder reduction method is used in the test.The parameters including iron powder dosage,pH,pulp temperature and liquid-solid ratio are optimized through condition test,and industrial application is carried out.The results show that when the iron powder dosage is 100 kg/t chloride leaching tailings,pH value is 2,liquid-solid ratio is 5∶1,pulp temperature is 60℃,the silver grade in chloride leaching tailings is increased by over 30 percentage points,and the application outcome is good.
