党的建设和思想政治工作是新时代高校育人工作的重点和根本。在高校工作系统中,党的建设是核心与统领,思想政治工作是重点和关键。二者相互依存、相辅相成,构成辩证统一关系。二者的强互动关联在新中国成立后高校发展的历史过程中逐步形成,并在进入新时代面临时代之问时呈现出目标一致、价值趋同、共生共在等系统性特征。回应时代要求,展望未来创新之路,必须在国家顶层设计和高校具体操作之间形成有效链接,以大历史观把握其互动规律,在大格局中准确定位其坐标,并建立增进二者互动的长效机制。

Party’s construction and ideological politics construct the focus and foundation of the higher education in the new era.In the system of university,party’s construction is the core and the leadership,and ideological politics is the point and the key.The two depend on each other and complete each other.They constitute the dialectical unity relationship.The strong interaction between the two has gradually formed in the historical developing process of university since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.It has taken on systematic characteristics such as unity of goal,convergence of value and symbiosis when facing the problems of the times.In order to respond to the requirements of the times and look forward to a new road in the future,it is necessary to link the top-level design and the concrete operation effectively.We should grasp the interactive law with a big historical view,locate its coordinates in a big pattern accurately,and establish a long-term mechanism to enhance the interaction between party’s construction and ideological politics of university.
