摘要
采用分步IPN法合成了一系列聚氨酯/三聚氰胺甲醛树脂互穿网络硬质泡沫,并通过表观密度、压缩强度、弯曲强度、阻燃性能和泡孔结构对其进行了表征.结果表明:随着聚氨酯的加入,泡沫塑料的表观密度降低,并有效提高泡沫塑料的力学性能.但在加入20%的聚氨酯之后,力学性能增加不明显,且泡沫塑料从高难燃材料、难燃材料,向易燃材料转变.
A series of polyurethane/melamine-formaldehyde resin interpenetrating network rigid foam was synthesized by stepwise IPN method.It was characterized by apparent density,compressive strength,bending strength,flame resistance and cell structure.The results showed that with the increase of polyurethane content,the apparent density of foam plastics decreased,and the mechanical properties of foamed plastics were improved effectively.However,after adding 20%polyurethane,the mechanical properties were not obviously increased,and the foams changed from high inflammable materials,inflammable materials to flammable materials.
