摘要
热转印油墨是热转印技术领域中的一个要素,要想使热转印技术在不同面料上能够通融,就要对涂布在纸基表面上的油墨的流变性能和印刷适应性能进行一定的研究,需要通过数码印花或者丝网印花等技术方法,将具有可以转移到化纤和自然纤维面料上的油墨转移到转印纸上,然后再转移到相应的面料上.通过实验,分析了热转印油墨的流变性能,完成了对油墨密度、转印纸张的测定,从中找出油墨与印刷通融性能之间的关系.
Heat transfer printing ink is a key element in the field of heat transfer printing technology.In order to make the heat transfer printing technology compatible on different fabrics,it is necessary to study the rheological properties and printing adaptability of the ink coated on the paper base surface.It is necessary to transfer the oil which can be transferred to chemical fiber and natural fiber fabrics by digital printing or screen printing and other technical methods.The ink is transferred to the transfer paper and then to the corresponding fabric.Through experiments,the rheological properties of heat transfer ink were analyzed,the ink density and transfer paper were measured,and the relationship between ink and printing compatibility was found out.
