钳夹复位联合PFNA内固定术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果研究

Study on the efficacy of clamping reduction combined with PFNA internal f ixation in the treatment of senile intertrochanteric fractures

目的:探讨并研究用钳夹复位联合股骨近端抗旋髓内钉(PFNA)内固定术对老年股骨粗隆间骨折(IFF)患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:将2016年1月至2018年6月泗洪县人民医院收治的120例老年IFF患者随机分为试验组(n=60)与比较组(n=60)。用PFNA内固定术对比较组患者进行治疗,用钳夹复位联合PFNA内固定术对试验组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者治疗的优良率及其术后并发症的发生率。结果:与比较组患者相比,试验组患者治疗的优良率更高,术后其并发症的发生率更低,P<0.05。结论:用钳夹复位联合PFNA内固定术对老年IFF患者进行治疗能促进其骨折端的愈合,降低其术后并发症的发生率。

Objective:To explore and study the clinical effect of clamping reduction combined with proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail(PFNA)internal fixation in the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture(IFF).Methods:120 elderly IFF patients admitted to Sihong County People’s Hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=60)and the comparison group(n=60).Patients in the comparison group were treated with PFNA internal fixation,and patients in the experimental group were treated with clamp reduction combined with PFNA internal fixation.Then,the excellent and good rates of treatment and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the comparison group,the experimental group had a higher rate of excellent and good treatment and a lower incidence of postoperative complications(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of clamping reduction and PFNA internal fixation in the treatment of elderly IFF patients can promote the healing of the fracture end and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
