腹腔镜下全腹膜外补片植入术治疗腹股沟疝的疗效探讨

Laparoscopic total peritoneal mesh implantation in the treatment of ingui nal hernia:a clinical study

目的:研究对腹股沟疝患者采用腹腔镜下全腹膜外补片植入术(TEP)进行治疗的效果。方法:将梅州市梅县区中医医院收治的腹股沟疝患者50例作为研究对象。根据治疗方式的不同对其进行分组,将其中接受腹股沟疝无张力修补术的25例患者作为Conventional组,将其中接受腹腔镜下全腹膜外补片植入术的25例患者作为Experimental组。然后对比两组患者的治疗效果和手术指标。结果:Experimental组患者治疗的有效率高于Conventional组患者,其术中的出血量少于Conventional组患者,其手术的时间、术后排气的时间均短于Conventional组患者,其术后的VAS评分低于Conventional组患者,P<0.05。结论:对腹股沟疝患者采用腹腔镜下全腹膜外补片植入术进行治疗的效果较好,具有患者术中的出血量少、术后恢复快等优点。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic total peritoneal mesh implantation(TEP)in patients with inguinal hernia.Methods:Fifty patients with inguinal hernia admitted to The Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Meixian District of Meizhou city were studied.According to the different treatment methods,the 25 patients who received tension-free inguinal hernia repair were grouped as the Conventional group,and the 25 patients who received laparoscopic total peritoneal patch implantation were treated as the Experimental group.Then the therapeutic effect and surgical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of Experimental group is higher than that of the Conventional group,the intraoperative blood loss is less than that of the Conventional group,the operation time and postoperative exhaust time are shorter than that of the Conventional group,and the postoperative VAS score is lower than that of the Conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Laparoscopic total extraperitoneal mesh implantation is effective in the treatment of inguinal hernia patients,which has the advantages of less intraoperative blood loss and faster pos toperative recovery.
