妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者治疗的时机对其妊娠结局及新生儿的影响

Effect of treatment timing on pregnancy outcome and neonatal outcome in p atients with hypothyroidism

目的:探究对妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者进行治疗的时机对其妊娠结局及新生儿结局的影响。方法:选取佛山市禅城区中心医院收治的140例妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者作为研究对象。按孕周的不同将其分为对比组(孕周<13周)和试验组(孕周≥13周),每组各70例患者。对两组患者均进行药物治疗,然后对比其甲状腺功能指标、妊娠结局及新生儿结局。结果:1)治疗后,试验组患者血清FT3、FT4的水平均高于对比组患者,其血清TSH的水平低于对比组患者,P<0.05。2)治疗后,试验组患者不良妊娠结局的发生率低于对比组患者,P<0.05。3)治疗后,试验组患者不良新生儿结局的发生率低于对比组患者,P<0.05。结论:在孕早期开始对妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者进行治疗可显著改善其甲状腺功能、妊娠结局及新生儿结局。

Objective:To explore the influence of the timing of treatment on the outcome of pregnancy and newborn in patients with hypothyroidism.Methods:140 pregnant women with hypothyroidism admitted to Chancheng District Central Hospital in Foshan city were selected as study subjects.According to different gestational weeks,the patients were divided into comparison group(gestational weeks<13 weeks)and experimental group(gestational weeks≥13 weeks),with 70 patients in each group.The thyroid function,pregnancy outcome and neonatal outcome of the two groups were compared after drug therapy.Res ults:1)After treatment,the serum LEVELS of FT3 and FT4 in the experimental group were both higher than those in the control group,and the serum TSH level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).2)After treatment,the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).3)After treatment,the incidence of adverse neonatal outcomes in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The thyroid function,pregnancy outcome and neonatal outcome of patients with hypothyroidism can be significantly improved by starting treatment in the early stage of pregnancy.
