激素联合手术治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎的效果分析

Effect analysis of hormone combined with surgical treatment for granulomatous mastitis

目的:探讨并分析用激素联合手术治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎(granulomatous lobular mastitis,GLM)的临床效果。方法:将2017年6月至2019年5月菏泽市东明第三人民医院收治的74例GLM患者按照治疗方法的不同分为试验组(n=37)与对照组(n=37)。用抗生素联合激素对对照组患者进行治疗,用激素联合手术对试验组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗后的6个月内其病情的复发率。结果:试验组患者治疗的优良率高于对照组患者,P<0.05。在治疗后的6个月内,试验组患者病情的复发率低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:用激素联合手术对GLM患者进行治疗能有效地改善其病情,减轻其临床症状,降低其病情的复发率。

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of hormone combined with surgical treatment of granulomatous Lotitis(GLM).Methods:74 GLM patients admitted to The Third People’s Hospital of Dongming,Heze City from June 2017 to May 2019 were divided into experimental group(n=37)and control group(n=37)according to different treatment methods.Patients in the control group were treated with antibiotics combined with hormones,while patients in the experimental group were treated with hormones combined with surgery,and then the clinical efficacy of the two groups and the recurrence rate of the disease within 6 months after treatment were compared.Results:The excellent and good rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Within 6 months after treatment,the recurrence rate of patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating GLM patients with hormone combined operation can effectively improve their condition,reduce their clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate of their condition.
