七氟醚吸入麻醉与静吸复合麻醉在小儿脑瘫手术中的应用效果比较

Comparison of the effects of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia and static inhalation anesthesia in pediatric cerebral palsy surgery

目的:比较对接受手术的脑性瘫痪(简称脑瘫)患儿进行七氟醚吸入麻醉与静吸复合麻醉的效果。方法:将在甘肃省康复中心医院进行手术的72例脑瘫患儿随机分为观察组与对照组。术中,对对照组患儿与观察组患儿分别进行七氟醚吸入麻醉与静吸复合麻醉,然后比较两组患儿的各项指标。结果:与对照组患儿相比,观察组患儿应用麻醉药物至进行气管插管的时间更短,其术毕至拔管的时间和术毕至苏醒的时间均更长,P<0.05。两组患儿应用麻醉药物至意识消失的时间、麻醉效果评定表的评分及麻醉相关不良反应的发生率相比,P>0.05。在气管插管后15 min,观察组患儿的心率和血氧饱和度均高于对照组患儿,P<0.05。结论:对接受手术治疗的脑瘫患儿进行七氟醚吸入麻醉与静吸复合麻醉均可取得良好的效果,且麻醉的安全性均较高。对此病患儿进行七氟醚吸入麻醉能缩短其术后拔管和苏醒的时间,对其进行静吸复合麻醉能保持其术中生命体征的平稳。

Objective:To compare the effects of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia and static inhalation anesthesia in children with cerebral palsy(cp)undergoing surgery.Methods:72 children with cerebral palsy who were operated on in Gansu Provincial Rehabilitation center hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group.During the operation,sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia and static inhalation anesthesia were used for the control group and the observation group respectively,and then the indicators of the two groups of children were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the time from anesthesia to endotracheal intubation was shorter in the observation group,and the time from completion to extubation and from completion to resuscitation were longer in the observation group(P<0.05).P>0.05 was compared between the two groups in terms of the time from the application of anesthetic drugs to the disappearance of consciousness,the score of the anesthetic effect evaluation table and the incidence of anaesthesia related adverse reactions.Heart rate and oxygen saturation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group 15 min after endotracheal intubation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia and static inhalation anesthesia can both achieve good results in children with cerebral palsy,and the safety of anesthesia is high.Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia can shorten the postoperative extubation and recovery time,and static inhalation combined anesthesia can keep the intraoperative vital signs stable.
