负压创面治疗技术在中度烧伤创面治疗中的应用效果

The application of negative pressure wound treatment technique in the tre atment of moderate burn wound

目的:探讨负压创面治疗技术在中度烧伤创面治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2019至2020年期间在遵义医科大学第五附属(珠海)医院接受诊治的68例中度烧伤患者作为研究对象。将这68例患者分为甲组(n=34)和乙组(n=34)。对甲组患者的烧伤创面进行常规治疗。对乙组患者的烧伤创面应用负压创面治疗技术进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者创面愈合的时间、住院的时间、肺部感染的发生率、创面感染的发生率、一次性手术创面封闭的成功率及不同程度瘢痕增生患者的占比。结果:接受治疗后,两组患者中中度瘢痕增生患者的占比及无瘢痕增生患者的占比相比,P>0.05;乙组患者创面愈合的时间及住院的时间均短于甲组患者,其肺部感染的发生率、创面感染的发生率及重度瘢痕增生患者的占比均低于甲组患者,其一次性手术创面封闭的成功率及轻度瘢痕增生患者的占比均高于甲组患者,P<0.05。结论:负压创面治疗技术在中度烧伤创面治疗中的应用效果较好,可有效地缩短患者创面愈合的时间及住院的时间,降低其肺部感染的发生率及创面感染的发生率,提高其一次性手术创面封闭的成功率,改善其瘢痕增生。

Objective:To explore the application effect of negative pressure wound treatment in the treatment of moderate burn wounds.Methods:A total of 68 patients with moderate burn treated in zhuhai Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from 2019 to 2020 were selected as study subjects.The 68 patients were divided into group A(n=34)and group B(n=34).The burn wound in group A was treated routinely.The burn wound in group B was treated by negative pressure.Then,the time of wound healing,the length of hospital stay,the incidence of pulmonary infection,the incidence of wound infection,the success rate of one-time surgical wound closure and the proportion of patients with different degrees of scar hyperplasia were compared between the two groups.Results:after treatment,the proportion of patients with moderate scar hyperplasia and the proportion of patients without scar hyperplasia were compared between the two groups(P>0.05).Group b patients with wound healing time and time are short in the first division in the hospital patients,the incidence of pulmonary infection,the incidence of wound infection and severe scar hyperplasia patients accounted for less than patients with first division,the one-time success rate of wound closed surgery and accounted for in patients with mild scar hyperplasia were higher than in patients with first division,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of negative pressure wound treatment technique in the treatment of moderate burn wound is effective,which can effectively shorten the time of wound healing and hospitalization,reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection and wound infection,improve the success rate of one-time surgical wound closure,and improv e scar hyperplasia.
