摘要
目的:探讨使用腹腔镜下胆囊切除术对早期胆囊癌患者进行治疗的效果。方法:将2013年1月至2017年3月期间在眉山市人民医院进行治疗的58例早期胆囊癌患者随机分为对照组(29例)和试验组(29例)。使用开腹胆囊切除术对对照组患者进行治疗。使用腹腔镜下胆囊切除术对试验组患者进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者的各项临床指标、术后并发症的发生情况及术后1年内的生存情况。结果:试验组患者术中的出血量少于对照组患者,P<0.05。试验组患者进行手术的时间、术毕至肛门排气及住院的时间均短于对照组患者,P<0.05。试验组患者术后并发症的发生率低于对照组患者,P<0.05。试验组患者术后1年内的生存率高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:使用腹腔镜下胆囊切除术对早期胆囊癌患者进行治疗的效果较好。
Objective:To investigate the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with early gallbladder cancer.Methods:Fifty-eight patients with early gallbladder cancer who were treated in Meishan People’s Hospital from January 2013 to March 2017 were randomly divided into control group(29 cases)and experimental group(29 cases).Patients in the control group were treated with open cholecystectomy.Patients in the experimental group were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Then,the clinical indicators,postoperative complications and survival in 1 year were compared between the two groups.Results:The amount of bleeding in the experimental group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of operation,time from the end of operation to anal exhaust and time of hospitalization in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The 1-year survival rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is effective in the treatment of early gallbladder cancer.
