新生儿B族链球菌感染的临床表现及耐药性分析

摘要 目的:探讨新生儿B族链球菌感染的临床表现及耐药性。方法:选取柳州市柳铁中心医院儿科接诊92例新生儿B族链球菌感染患儿,将其中64例早发型新生儿B族链球菌感染患儿作为A组,将其中28例晚发型新生儿B族链球菌感染患儿作为B组。对比两组患儿的临床资料,观察其体内B族链球菌的耐药情况。结果:1)A组患儿中患有肺炎患儿的占比高于B组患儿,P<0.05。2)这92例患儿体内的B族链球菌对青霉素、万古霉素均高度敏感,其对青霉素、万古霉素的耐药率均为0%;对红霉素、克林霉素、四环素均具有较高的耐药性,其耐药率均超过80%。结论:与晚发型新生儿B族链球菌感染患儿相比,早发型新生儿B族链球菌感染患儿中患有肺炎患儿的占比更高。B族链球菌对青霉素、万古霉素均高度敏感,对红霉素、克林霉素、四环素均具有较高的耐药性。 Objective:To investigate the clinical manifestations and drug resistance of group B streptococcus infection in neonates.Methods:ninety-two neonates with group B streptococcus infection were selected from the pediatric department of Liutie Central Hospital,Liuzhou City.Sixty-four neonates with early onset Group B streptococcus infection were selected as group A,and 28 neonates with late onset Group B streptococcus infection were selected as group B.The clinical data of the two groups of children were compared to observe the drug resistance of group B Streptococcus.Results:1)The proportion of children with pneumonia in group A was higher than that in group B,P<0.05.2)Streptococcus B in these 92 children were highly sensitive to penicillin and vancomycin,and their drug resistance rates to penicillin and vancomycin were 0%;To erythromycin,clindamycin,tetracycline have high drug resistance,the drug resistance rate is more than 80%.Conclusion:Compared with late onset group B streptococcal infections,the proportion of early onset group B streptococcal infections was higher in children with pneumonia.Streptococcus B is highly sensitive to penicillin and vancomycin,and highly resistant to erythromycin,clindamycin and tetracycline.
