摘要
目的:探讨对重症肺炎患者进行早期无创机械通气治疗的效果及对其IL-6、CRP水平的影响。方法:将2017年1月至2019年12月期间重庆市开州区中医院收治的120例重症肺炎患者按照随机数表法分为甲组(n=60)和乙组(n=60)。对两组患者均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,对甲组患者进行经鼻导管低流量通气治疗,对乙组患者进行早期无创机械通气治疗。然后,对比两组患者的临床疗效、炎症因子指标及各项血氧指标。结果:接受治疗后,与甲组患者相比,乙组患者治疗的总有效率、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)及血氧饱和度(SpO2)的水平均更高,其血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的水平、血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)的水平及动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)的水平均更低,P<0.05。结论:对重症肺炎患者进行早期无创机械通气治疗可有效地改善其炎症因子指标及血氧指标。
Objective:To investigate the effect of early non-invasive mechanical ventilation treatment on severe pneumonia and its effect on IL-6 and CRP levels.Methods:120 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to The Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Kaizhou District,Chongqing from January 2017 to December 2019 were divided into group A(n=60)and Group B(n=60)according to the random number table method.Both groups received routine treatment.On this basis,patients in group A were treated with low-flow transnasal catheter ventilation,and patients in group B were treated with early non-invasive mechanical ventilation.Then,the clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors and blood oxygen indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:after treatment,compared with patients with first division,the total effective rate in treatment of patients with b,arterial blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO2)and the levels of blood oxygen saturation(SpO2)were higher,the serum interleukin 6(IL-6)level,serum C-reactive protein(CRP)level and arterial blood co2 partial pressure(PaCO2)levels were lower,P<0.05.Conclusion:Early noninvasive mechanical ventilation can effectively improve the inflammatory factors and blood oxygen indicators in patie nts with severe pneumonia.
