摘要
目的:探讨用扫日劳清肺止咳胶囊对慢性支气管炎(chronic bronchitis,CB)急性发作期患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:将运城市仁安医院收治的88例CB急性发作期患者随机分为试验组(n=44)与比较组(n=44)。对两组患者均进行常规治疗,在此基础上用扫日劳清肺止咳胶囊对试验组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:试验组患者治疗的总有效率高于比较组患者,P<0.05。结论:对CB急性发作期患者进行常规治疗的同时,用扫日劳清肺止咳胶囊对其进行治疗能显著减轻其临床症状,提高其疗效。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Saari Lasheqing lung Zhike capsule to chronic bronchitis(CB)patients with acute attack.Methods:88 patients with acute CB attack in Renan Hospital of Yuncheng city were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=44)and the comparison group(n=44).The two groups of patients were given routine treatment.On this basis,the experimental group was treated with Sajilaoqingfei Zhike Capsule,and then the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:The total effective rate was higher in the experimental group than in the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In addition to the routine treatment of CB patients in the acute stage,the treatment with Sajilaoqingfei Zhike capsule can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms and improve the curative effect.
