咪达唑仑联合舒芬太尼用于重型颅脑损伤患者术后镇痛镇静的效果分析

Analysis of analgesic and sedative effect of midazolam combined with sufe ntanil in patients with severe craniocerebral injury

目的:分析用咪达唑仑联合舒芬太尼对接受手术后的重型颅脑损伤患者进行镇痛镇静治疗的效果。方法:将2018年10月至2019年10月期间博罗县人民医院收治的52例重型颅脑损伤患者作为研究对象。将这52例患者按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各有26例患者。对两组患者均进行手术治疗。术后,对两组患者均进行常规治疗,在此基础上,对观察组患者使用咪达唑仑及舒芬太尼进行镇静镇痛治疗。然后,对比两组患者的动脉血氧饱和度、颅内压、空腹血糖、Ramsay镇静评分量表的评分及疼痛数字评分量表(NRS)的评分。结果:与对照组患者相比,观察组患者术后第3 d及第7 d的动脉血氧饱和度及Ramsay镇静评分均更高,其颅内压、空腹血糖及NRS的评分均更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用咪达唑仑联合舒芬太尼对接受手术后的重型颅脑损伤患者进行镇痛镇静治疗的效果显著,可有效地改善其动脉血氧饱和度、颅内压、血糖及疼痛的症状。

Objective:To analyze the analgesic and sedative effects of midazolam combined with sufentanil in patients with severe craniocerebral injury after surgery.Methods:Fifty-two patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to Boluo County People’s Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were studied.The 52 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table,with 26 patients in each group.Surgical treatment was performed in both groups.After surgery,the two groups of patients were given routine treatment.On this basis,the observation group of patients with midazolam and sufentanil for sedative and analgesic treatment.Then,spo2,INTRACranial pressure,fasting glucose,Ramsay sedation scale scores and pain Number Scale(NRS)scores were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had higher spo2 and Ramsay sedation scores on the 3rd and 7th day after surgery,and had lower intracranial pressure,fasting glucose and NRS scores,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Midazolam combined with sufentanil has a significant analgesic and sedative effect in patients with severe craniocerebral injury after surgery,and can effectively improve their spo2,intracranial pressure,blood glucose and pain symptoms.
