硒酵母片联合左甲状腺素钠治疗甲状腺功能减退的效果分析

Effect analysis of selenium yeast tablets combined with levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of hypothyroidism

目的:探讨使用硒酵母片联合左甲状腺素钠治疗甲状腺功能减退的效果。方法:将2018年7月至2019年7月期间云南省普洱市人民医院收治的84例甲状腺功能减退患者随机分为常规组和补硒组。为两组患者均使用左甲状腺素钠进行治疗。同时为补硒组患者使用硒酵母片进行治疗。然后观察两组患者治疗的效果、血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)的水平、血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)的水平、血清游离甲状腺素(FT4)的水平及发生不良反应的情况。结果:治疗后,补硒组患者治疗的总有效率高于常规组患者,其血清TSH的水平低于常规组患者,其血清FT3及FT4的水平高于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者不良反应的发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.371,P=0.543)。结论:使用硒酵母片联合左甲状腺素钠治疗甲状腺功能减退可获得良好的效果,能提高患者甲状腺的功能,且安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of selenium yeast tablets combined with levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of hypothyroidism.Methods:84 patients with hypothyroidism admitted to The People’s Hospital of Pu‘er city,Yunnan Province from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into the routine group and the selenium supplement group.Levothyroxine sodium was used for treatment in both groups.At the same time,patients in the selenium supplementation group were treated with selenium yeast tablets.Then,the treatment effect,serum TSH level,serum free triiodothyronine(FT3)level,serum free thyroxine(FT4)level and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of patients in the selenium supplementation group was higher than that in the conventional group,the level of serum TSH was lower than that in the conventional group,and the levels of serum FT3 and FT4 were higher than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).During treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(=0.371,P=0.543).Conclusion:Selenium yeast tablets combined with levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of hypothyroidism can obtain a good effect,can improve the thyroid function of patients,and is relatively saf e.
