氨溴索联合抗菌药物治疗老年糖尿病并发肺炎的效果观察

Observation on the effect of ambroxol combined with antimicrobial agents in the treatment of senile diabetes complicated with pneumonia

目的:观察为老年糖尿病并发肺炎患者使用氨溴索联合抗菌药物实施治疗的效果。方法:将在常熟市中医院接受治疗的80例老年糖尿病合并肺炎患者随机平均分为A组和B组。为A组患者使用常规抗菌药物实施治疗。为B组患者使用抗菌药物联合氨溴索实施治疗。然后,比较两组患者的疗效。结果:B组患者治疗的总有效率高于A组患者,P<0.05。结论:为老年糖尿病并发肺炎患者使用氨溴索联合抗菌药物实施治疗的效果显著。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of ambroxol combined with antimicrobial agents in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes complicated with pneumonia.Methods:80 elderly patients with diabetes complicated with pneumonia were randomly divided into group A and group B.The patients in group A were treated with conventional antimicrobial agents.Patients in group B were treated with antimicrobial agents combined with ambroxol.Then,the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ambroxol combined with antimicrobial agents is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes and pneumonia.
