摘要
目的:分析化学发光法和实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(PCR)法检测EB病毒载量在诊断肝癌中的应用价值。方法:选取长沙市妇幼保健院2018年1月至2019年12月期间收治的60例肝癌患者、60例慢性乙型肝炎患者和同期在该院接受体检的60例健康体检者作为研究对象。将其中60例肝癌患者作为肝癌组,将其中60例慢性乙型肝炎患者作为乙肝组,将其中60例健康体检者作为对照组。采用化学发光法和实时荧光定量PCR法对三组人员进行血清EB病毒载量检测,并比较其血清EB病毒载量。结果:1)肝癌组患者和乙肝组患者采用化学发光法和实时荧光定量PCR法测得的血清EB病毒载量均高于对照组体检者,P<0.05。乙肝组患者采用化学发光法和实时荧光定量PCR法测得的血清EB病毒载量均高于对照组体检者,P<0.05。用两种检测技术测得三组人员的血清EB病毒载量相比,P>0.05。2)在术后,肝癌组患者的血清EB病毒载量较术前明显降低,P<0.05。用两种检测技术测得肝癌组患者手术前后的血清EB病毒载量相比,P>0.05。结论:化学发光法和实时荧光定量PCR法检测EB病毒载量在诊断肝癌中的应用价值较高。
Objective:To analyze the value of chemiluminescence and real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR)in the detection of EB virus load in the diagnosis of liver cancer.Methods:60 patients with liver cancer,60 patients with chronic hepatitis B and 60 healthy subjects who received physical examination in Changsha Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects.Among them,60 patients with liver cancer were taken as the liver cancer group,60 patients with chronic hepatitis B were taken as the hepatitis B group,and 60 healthy people were taken as the control group.The serum EPSTEin-Barr virus load was detected by chemiluminescence and quantitative real-time PCR,and the serum EPstein-barr virus load was compared among the three groups.Results:1)Serum EB viral load measured by chemiluminescence method and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was higher in liver cancer group and hepatitis B group than in the control group(P<0.05).The serum EB viral load measured by chemiluminescence and quantitative real-time PCR was higher in the hepatitis B group than in the control group(P<0.05).The serum epstein-barr virus load of the three groups was compared with that of P>0.05.2)After the operation,the serum EPSTEin-Barr viral load in the liver cancer group was significantly lower than that before the operation(P<0.05).The serum epstein-barr viral load of liver cancer patients before and after operation was measured by the two detection techniques,and P>0.05 was obtained.Conclusion:Chemiluminescence assay and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR are of high value i n detecting EB virus load in diagnosis of liver cancer.
