摘要
目的:观察脉冲振荡肺功能检测和呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)检测在诊断咳嗽变异性哮喘中的应用价值。方法:将2018年4月至2019年4月在合肥市第二人民医院就诊的94例慢性咳嗽患者作为研究对象。将其中44例咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患者作为CVA组,将其中50例非CVA患者作为非CVA组。对两组患者均进行常规的肺功能检测、支气管舒张试验、脉冲振荡肺功能检测和FeNO检测。然后比较两组患者的FEV1%、脉冲振荡肺功能指标(包括Z5%、R5%和X5%)和FeNO的水平。结果:1)CVA组患者接受支气管舒张试验后其FEV1%较接受支气管舒张试验前明显提高,其Z5%、R5%、X5%均较接受支气管舒张试验前明显下降,P<0.05。非CVA组患者接受支气管舒张试验前后其FEV1%、Z5%、R5%、X5%相比,P>0.05。2)进行相关性分析的结果显示,CVA组患者接受支气管舒张试验前后其FEV1%与Z5%、R5%、X5%均呈负相关,P<0.05。3)与非CVA组患者比较,CVA组患者FeNO的水平较高,P<0.05。结论:脉冲振荡肺功能检测和FeNO检测在诊断CVA中的应用价值较高。
Objective:To observe the value of pulsed oscillatory lung function detection and exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)detection in the diagnosis of cough variant asthma.Methods:94 patients with chronic cough admitted to Hefei Second People’s Hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were studied.Forty-four patients with cough variant asthma(CVA)were treated as CVA group,and 50 patients with non-CVA were treated as non-CVA group.Routine lung function test,bronchodilation test,pulsed oscillatory lung function test and FeNO test were performed in both groups.FEV1%,pulsed oscillatory lung function indicators(including Z5%,R5%and X5%),and FeNO levels were then compared between the two groups.Results:1)FEV1%of patients in the CVA group were significantly higher than those before bronchial diastolic test,and the fEV1%of patients in the CVA group were significantly lower than those before bronchial diastolic test(Z5%,R5%,x5%),P<0.05.Compared with FEV1%,Z5%,R5%and X5%in non-cva group,P>0.05.2)Correlation analysis showed that FEV1%of patients in the CVA group were negatively correlated with Z5%,R5%and X5%before and after bronchial diastolic test(P<0.05).3)Compared with the non-CVA group,the level of FeNO in the CVA group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pulsed oscillatory lung function detection and FeNO detection are of high value in the diagnosis of CVA.
