用针刺法配合康复理疗治疗脑出血的效果探析

Analysis on the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨用针刺法配合康复理疗治疗脑出血的临床效果。方法:将2018年10月至2019年10月期间成都市双流区中医医院收治的80例脑出血患者作为研究对象。将这80例患者分为参照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对两组患者均进行针刺治疗。在此基础上,对观察组患者进行康复理疗。然后,比较两组患者的治疗效果、Barthel指数评定量表的评分、脑卒中量表(NIHSS)的评分及其并发症的发生率。结果:治疗后,与参照组患者相比,观察组患者治疗的总有效率和Barthel指数评定量表的评分均更高,其NIHSS的评分和并发症的发生率均更低,P<0.05。结论:用针刺法配合康复理疗治疗脑出血的效果显著,可有效地改善患者的脑神经功能,提高其生活质量,降低其并发症的发生率。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:From October 2018 to October 2019,80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Chengdu Shuangliu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were studied.The 80 patients were divided into the reference group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40).The two groups of patients were treated with acupuncture.On this basis,the patients in the observation group were given rehabilitation physiotherapy.Then,the treatment effect,Barthel Index rating Scale score,stroke scale(NIHSS)score and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had higher total treatment response rate and Barthel Index rating scale score,and lower NIHSS score and incidence of complications(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy is effective in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage,which can effectively improve the cerebral nerve function,improve the quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.
