联用针刺推拿、康复疗法及西药治疗脑梗死的效果探究

Effect of acupuncture massage,rehabilitation therapy and Western medicine on cerebral infarction

目的:探讨联用针刺推拿、康复疗法及西药治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法:选取2014年至2018年期间在中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九二五医院接受诊治的60例脑梗死患者作为研究对象。将这60例患者分为单纯西药组(n=28)和中西医结合组(n=32)。对两组患者均使用西药进行治疗。在此基础上,对中西医结合组患者进行针刺推拿治疗及康复锻炼指导。然后,比较两组患者治疗的总有效率及各项临床指标。结果:接受治疗前,两组患者日常生活能力量表(ADL)的评分、步态功能的级数、平衡功能的级数及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)的评分相比,P>0.05。接受治疗后,中西医结合组患者治疗的总有效率、ADL的评分、步态功能的级数及平衡功能的级数均高于单纯西药组患者,其NIHSS的评分低于单纯西药组患者,P<0.05。结论:联用针刺推拿、康复疗法及西药治疗脑梗死的临床效果较好。

O bjective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture massage,rehabilitation therapy and western medicine in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 60 patients with cerebral infarction who received treatment in the 95th Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from 2014 to 2018 were selected as the research objects.The 60 patients were divided into the western medicine group(n=28)and the combined Traditional Chinese and Western medicine group(n=32).Both groups were treated with western medicine.On this basis,acupuncture massage therapy and rehabilitation exercise guidance were given to the patients in the combined Chinese and Western medicine group.Then,the two groups were compared in terms of total response to treatment,ADL score,gait function score,balance function score,and NATIONAL Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score.Results:before treatment,the score of ADL,the score of gait function,the score of balance function and the score of NIHSS were compared between the two groups,P>0.05.After treatment,the total effective rate,ADL score,gait function level and balance function level of patients in the combined Chinese and Western medicine group were all higher than those in the western medicine group alone,and the NIHSS score was lower than that in the western medicine group alone(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined acupuncture massage,rehabilitation therapy and western medicine have a good clinical effect on cerebral in farction,and can effectively improve the patients'daily life ability,gait function and balance function.
