中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果观察

Observation on the effect of combined Traditional Chinese and Western med icine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的:观察用中西医结合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法:将成都市新都区中医医院收治的76例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机平均分为西医组和联用中西医疗法组。为西医组患者使用西医疗法实施治疗。为联用中西医疗法组患者采用中西医结合疗法实施治疗。然后,比较两组患者的疗效、腰部疼痛积分、下肢疼痛积分、马尾神经综合征积分、日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分及不良反应的发生率。结果:治疗前,两组患者的腰部疼痛积分、下肢疼痛积分、马尾神经综合征积分及ADL评分相比,P>0.05。治疗后,联用中西医疗法组患者治疗的总有效率及ADL评分均高于西药组患者,其腰部疼痛积分、下肢疼痛积分、马尾神经综合征积分及不良反应的发生率均低于西药组患者,P<0.05。结论:为腰椎间盘突出症患者采用中西医结合疗法实施治疗的效果显著,可改善其临床症状,且具有较高的安全性。

Objective:To observe the effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:76 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Xindu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Chengdu were randomly divided into western medicine group and combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group.The patients in the western medicine group were treated with western medicine.The patients in the group of combined TCM and Western medicine were treated by combined TCM and Western medicine.Then,the efficacy,lower back pain score,lower limb pain score,cauda equina syndrome score,ADL score,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:before treatment,the scores of lower back pain,lower limb pain,cauda equina syndrome and ADL were compared between the two groups,P>0.05.After treatment,the total effective rate and ADL score of the combined TCM and Western medicine group were all higher than those of the western medicine group,and the incidence of lumbar pain score,lower limb pain score,cauda equina syndrome score and adverse reactions were all lower than those of the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined therapy of Traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in the treatment of l umbar disc herniation,which can improve the clinical symptoms and is of high safety.
