对接受断指再植术的患者进行舒适护理的效果观察

Observation on the effect of comfortable nursing for patients receiving s evered finger replantation

目的:探讨对接受断指再植术的患者进行舒适护理的临床效果。方法:选择2017年1月至2019年1月期间在广东省中山市中医院接受断指再植术的46例断指患者作为研究对象。将这46例患者分为Control组和Research组。对两组患者均进行断指再植术。在两组患者的围手术期,对Control组患者进行常规护理。在此基础上,对Research组患者进行舒适护理。然后,比较两组患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)的评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分。结果:治护后,Research组患者HAMA的评分低于Control组患者,Research组患者VAS的评分低于Control组患者,P<0.05。结论:对接受断指再植术的患者进行舒适护理,可减轻其焦虑症状,缓解其疼痛感。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of comfortable nursing for patients receiving severed finger replantation.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,46 patients with amputated fingers were selected as the research subjects.The 46 patients were divided into Control group and Research group.Finger replantation was performed in both groups.In the perioperative period of the two groups of patients,routine care was carried out for the Control group.On this basis,patients in the Research group were provided with comfortable care.Then,the Hamilton anxiety Scale(HAMA)and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment and care,HAMA score in the Research group was lower than that in the Control group,and VAS score in the Research group was lower than that in the Control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing can reduce anxiety symptoms and pain in patients receiving replantation of severed fin gers.
