对抑郁症患者进行情境式交往训练指导的效果探讨

目的:探讨对抑郁症患者进行情境式交往训练指导的效果。方法:将2019年1月1日至2020年5月30日期间茂名市第三人民医院接诊的86例抑郁症患者作为研究对象。随机将其分为参考组与分析组(43例/组)。对参考组患者进行常规护理,在此基础上对分析组患者进行情境式交往训练指导。然后比较两组患者的TAS评分、正性情绪评分、负性情绪评分和HAMD评分。结果:接受护理后,分析组患者的TAS评分、负性情绪评分、HAMD评分均低于参考组患者,其正性情绪评分高于参考组患者,P<0.05。结论:对抑郁症患者进行情境式交往训练指导的效果显著,可有效地缓解其抑郁症状,减轻其述情障碍。

Objective:To explore the effect of situational communication training guidance for patients with depression.Methods:86 patients with depression treated in the third people’s hospital of maoming city during January 1,2019 and May 30,2020 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into a reference group and an analysis group(43 cases/group).The patients in the reference group were given routine nursing,and on this basis,the patients in the analysis group were given situational communication training guidance.Then,TAS score,positive mood score,negative mood score and HAMD score were compared between the two groups.Results:After receiving nursing care,TAS score,negative mood score and HAMD score of patients in the analysis group were all lower than those in the reference group,and positive mood score was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Situational communication training can relieve depression symptoms and alexithymia effectively.
