摘要
目的:探讨对接受全身麻醉(简称"全麻")下扁桃体切除术后的患者进行舒适护理对其术后舒适度及并发症发生率的影响。方法:将2018年6月至2019年6月在广东省人民医院接受全麻下扁桃体切除术的125例患者随机分为舒适护理组(CC组,n=65)与常规护理组(RC组,n=60)。术后,分别采用舒适护理模式与常规护理模式对CC组患者与RC组患者进行护理,然后比较两组患者简化舒适状况量表的评分及其术后并发症的发生率。结果:护理后,CC组患者简化舒适状况量表中的生理评分、心理评分、社会文化评分和环境评分均高于RC组患者,P<0.05。护理后,CC组患者术后并发症的发生率低于RC组患者,P<0.05。结论:对接受全麻下扁桃体切除术后的患者进行舒适护理能显著提高其术后的舒适度,降低其术后并发症的发生率。
Objective:To investigate the influence of comfort care on postoperative comfort and complication rate of patients undergoing lower tonsillectomy under general anesthesia(“general anesthesia“).Methods:a total of 125 patients who received subgeneral tonsillectomy in Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into comfort care group(CC group,n=65)and routine care group(RC group,n=60).After surgery,CC group and RC group were nursed by comfort nursing mode and conventional nursing mode respectively,and then the scores of simplified comfort scale and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the physiological scores,psychological scores,socio-cultural scores and environmental scores of the CC group were higher than those of the RC group(P<0.05).After nursing,the incidence of postoperative complications in CC group was lower than that in RC group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort nursing can significantly improve postoperative comfort and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients receiving general anesthesia after tonsillectomy.
