摘要
目的:研究对接受冠状动脉内支架植入术的冠心病患者进行集束化护理的效果。方法:将2017年6月至2018年6月在河南三门峡市中心医院接受冠状动脉内支架植入术的70例冠心病患者随机分为Ordinary组和Experimental组(35例/组)。对Ordinary组患者进行常规护理,对Experimental组患者进行集束化护理。然后比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:接受护理后,Experimental组患者生活质量的评分〔(90.26±1.31)分〕、对护理的满意率(97.14%)均高于Ordinary组患者生活质量的评分〔(82.66±2.54)分〕、对护理的满意率(80%),其术后并发症的发生率(8.57%)低于Ordinary组患者术后并发症的发生率(14.29%),P<0.05。结论:对接受冠状动脉内支架植入术的冠心病患者进行集束化护理的效果较为理想。
Objective:To study the effect of cluster nursing for patients with coronary heart disease receiving coronary stent implantation.Methods:70 patients with coronary heart disease who received coronary stent implantation in Sanmenxia Central Hospital of Henan province from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into Ordinary group and Experimental group(35 cases/group).The Ordinary group of patients for routine care,Experimental group of patients for cluster care.Then compare the nursing effect of two groups of patients.Results:after care,Experimental group patients quality of life score((90.26+1.31)points),to the satisfaction of nursing(97.14%)were higher than Ordinary patients quality of life score((82.66+2.54)points),to the satisfaction of nursing(80%),the incidence of postoperative complications(8.57%)lower than Ordinary group of patients the incidence of postoperative complications(14.29%),P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of cluster nursing for coronary heart disease patients receiving coronary stent implantation is ideal.
